I already have a tool kit and would just like the foam, how can I order this?

If you already have a kit and would like just foam inserts, you can contact us and we will be able to discuss your requirements.

Returns

Can I return unwanted goods?

Yes, if for any reason you no longer require your goods, or you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
Alternatively we can arrange for our couriers to collect from you, however a charge of £10 may be applied for this service. **

**This doesn't apply to any tool control foam products or laser etch products as no manufacturing can be made without your signed approval before cutting.

The wrong item has been delivered, what should I do next?

We take into account sometimes mistakes can happen even with double checking order before they go to our customers. If the wrong Item has been delivered, please email us, call us or use the web chat portal to allow us to rectify the mistake. This will be at no cost to you and will be put as top urgency in order to get you back to wrenching on your next project! **

Part of my order arrived damaged, what should I do?

We use TNT/FedEx for all UK shipping and FedEx/DHL for EU & Worldwide shipping. If for what ever reason the items arrived to you damaged in shipping, not to worry just Email us, Call us or Chat on the Online chat and we will insure that you get the your tools to you the very next day as well as organise the return of the damage goods at no cost to you.

Please note we need to made aware of the damage within 7 days from goods arrival.

* PLEASE NOTE: We use UPS for shipment of all goods containing alcohol. all goods are fully insured. UPS will require ID for the person signing for the goods as part of our commitment of challenge 21.

What level of warranty are provided?

Every product we sell is covered by a manufacturers warranty. Foam products come with a 1 year warranty. Tools Manufacturers vary depending on their manufacturers therefore please take note of this when the purchase occurs.

Some manufacturers offer an extended warranty service if you register your product with them. It is your responsibility to register the product with the manufacturer within the time span specified.

I need to arrange a warranty repair, what should I do?

If your tool has developed a fault within 28 days, you can call our team on 01491 527025 and we will advise you on how best to proceed and make the arrangements on your behalf depending on manufacturer stipulations.

If the fault has occurred after 28 days, you will need to speak to the manufacturer directly.

Faults with Foam trays, what do I do?

We pride ourselves on the quality of foam we use. If you find a delaminated piece of foam that we missed during our quality checks, Please contact us right away and we will replace this right away for you at no cost. Please not the warranty period still applies for these.

Alcohol Products have not been able to be sign for by a 18 year old with a Valid Form of ID, what do I do?

As Part of a Alcohol Licence selling facility, we partnered up with UPS to offer a safe method of delivery for all alcohol products/gift sets.

If you missed the delivery or have been unable to sign for it with a valid form of ID, Not to worry, UPS will arrange another delivery.

If you fail to sign for it a second time, UPS will send then ship the goods back to us. We will charge a £15 redelivery cost for get this organised a second time.
