The 0450 features removable drawers, two way handles and metal butterfly compression latches. The drawer options are 4 shallow drawers and 2 deep, or 6 shallow drawers and 1 deep. Either configuration also features a removeable top tray. The aluminium rail slide system ensures each tray can be easily accessed and removed with ease, should you need to clean or reposition.
The 0450 Protector Mobile Tool Chest featuring removable drawer configuration makes the ideal tool control solution. If you need the best protection for your tools, consider a custom foam insert.
Bespoke Foam
Custom foam is calculated with 1 hours CAD design time, some projects may require extra time if the project is more complex, this would be charged at £45 per hour inclusive of VAT.
Average turnaround time for bespoke foam is 5-14 days depending on project requirements.

Foam Specifications
For our bespoke foam solutions we offer the foam in either a 30kg, 35kg or 45kg density, depending on colour specification, data sheets can be supplied upon request.
Tool/Equipment Collection and delivery
Tool Raptors can organise collection of equipment if required however this would be at further cost. (this would include insurance of the value of items)
Customers can delivery and collect if required from our facility.
