Custom foam is calculated with 1 hours CAD design time, some projects may require extra time if the project is more complex, this would be charged at £45 per hour inclusive of VAT. 
 
Average turnaround time for bespoke foam is 5-14 days depending on project requirements.

Foam Specifications
 
For our bespoke foam solutions we offer the foam in either a 30kg, 35kg or 45kg density, depending on colour specification, data sheets can be supplied upon request.
 
Tool/Equipment Collection and delivery
 
Tool Raptors can organise collection of equipment if required however this would be at further cost. (this would include insurance of the vaule of items)
 
Customers can deliver and collect if required from our facility.
